By accessing or using Invaei at invaei.com, submitting the early access form, or otherwise interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Invaei is an AI-powered investor matching platform that helps Israeli startup founders identify relevant investors based on their pitch deck and startup profile. The Service is currently in early access (beta) phase. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

No Investment Guarantee: Invaei provides informational matching services only. We do not guarantee that any investor will invest in your company or respond to your outreach. Invaei is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment advisor.

By submitting the early access form, you acknowledge that:

• You are submitting a request to join our waitlist, not a guarantee of access
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our sole discretion
• Early access may be limited in features and availability
• By submitting, you consent to us contacting you regarding your application and product updates

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You have the authority to represent the company on whose behalf you submit information
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform

All content on Invaei - including design, code, text, algorithms, and the investor database - is the property of Invaei and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without our written permission.

You retain all rights to the information and documents you submit. By submitting, you grant Invaei a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely for providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Confidentiality: While we take reasonable measures to protect your submitted information, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Do not submit information you consider strictly confidential without appropriate protections in place.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that matching results will be accurate or complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVAEI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
