Invaei is an AI-powered investor matching platform that helps Israeli startup founders identify relevant investors based on their pitch deck and startup profile. The Service is currently in early access (beta) phase. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.
No Investment Guarantee: Invaei provides informational matching services only. We do not guarantee that any investor will invest in your company, respond to your outreach, or that our matching results are complete or accurate. Invaei is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment advisor.

All content on Invaei — including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, algorithms, and the investor database — is the property of Invaei and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain all rights to the information and documents you submit to us. By submitting, you grant Invaei a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality: While we take reasonable measures to protect your submitted information, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Do not submit information you consider strictly confidential without appropriate protections in place (e.g., filed patents).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) matching results will be accurate or complete; (c) any investor will respond to or invest in your company; or (d) the Service will meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INVAEI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
