Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Invaei subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at info@invaei.com within 7 days of your payment date with your order details.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period
- Accounts that have been suspended for violation of our Terms of Use
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@invaei.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and order ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
